Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and garment bags are included.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
